 How to check Help desk Tickets
Solution If you are not sure how to check help desk tickets after you submit them, here is a helpful screen shot:



Some basic things to keep in mind when using the help desk:

  • If you have created a ticket, and have never registered on the help desk, and did not receive an email, please be sure to whitelist the email address: nancy[@]need-an-article.net and then check your spam folder. (Note: remove the brackets "[ ]" after the @ symbol)
  • Although we do monitor the help desk regularly; during busy days it may take us a few hrs to respond back. So please wait to hear back from us before opening another ticket.
